Sales Representative (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Female Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility will be cold calling potential clients, introducing our services, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into meetings and sales.

What you'll do

• * Make daily outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• * Introduce our photography, videography, digital marketing, and other creative services.
• * Identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
• * Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• * Schedule meetings and calls with interested prospects.
• * Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• * Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• * Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.

What we're looking for

• * Excellent communication and conversational skills.
• * Confident and comfortable speaking to new people over the phone.
• * Good Hindi/Urdu and English communication. Kashmiri is a plus.
• * Persuasive, professional, and able to handle rejection positively.
• * Previous experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.

Perks & compensation

• Salary is commission based. A fixed 15% for 1/2 of the client tenure duration. More clients, more pay with the option to move into a base salary + incentive format later.
